We were again invited to the Special Children's Extravaganza held at the TSB Stadium .. when we first went in there were balloons everywhere up on the ceiling which gave the kids a bit of a fright...
Then it was off to get some "goodie bags" and they scoffed away at all the treats in them .. Abbie of course started with her favourites M&Ms. Then it was off to get a "mini" hamburger and a Paddlepop.
The boys loved watching the show on stage .. and were going to go on the Merry-go-round but after a long wit by the time they got there they lost interest ..
Next up was the toy cave, and they received absolutely amazing gifts ...
The boys - walkie talkie sets, abc learning laptops, and a "mouse" soft toy (which at first I thought was a kangaroo ;-)
Abbie got a baby in a stroller and an abc learning laptop, and a mouse soft toy.
Then it was time to visit Dora .. but I think they were a bit overwhelmed by seeing her in person .. and peeked at her from afar.
All in all a great time was had by all :-).

This is the closest that the boys would go near Dora ..
but were raving about her afterwards :-)
